Okay I know I post a lot about the garden, but this one takes the cake. Jaxson brought a small starter cabbage plant home last spring and asked if we could plant in the garden. The garden was nowhere near ready at the time, so I took care of the small little plant in the house for about a month. It was so cold and wet right after we planted it I thought for sure it was a gonner. But, no it came back to life and this is what we got. I bottled most everything else from the garden and decided that I would bottle saurkraut for Justin with all the cabbage. HAHAHA!! Then I read how to do it. No such luck for Justin. So, really all we have to show for the giant cabbage are the cool pictures. Enjoy!
