We had another succesful year with the garden. We have plenty of potaotes to last us through the winter. We hope! This year we planted reds, golds, russetts, and purple. Yes purple! They don't really taste any different than other potatoes, but they really look funny. The outside and the flesh is purple so if you mash them, you've got a huge pile of purple mush on your plate. It looks weird, but tastes good.
The kids had a great time digging and helping Justin get them out of the ground.
