Oh MY!! I was sitting waiting for Jaxson to came out of BB practice, when the gym door swung open. The coaches looked at me and then motioned to Jaxson to come out. I could tell something was not right. When do the coaches walk your son to the car? When does your son wear his BB shoes off the floor? And when does your child look teary after practice? The coach started to talk, Jaxson smiled , held up his hand and my heart hit the floor. His tooth was gone and Jaxson was holding it in his hand. My first thought was that's his permanent tooth. My second thought was, but my dentist (Will, my brother) lives in Montana. The coaches were so nice and had called around to find out the best coarse of action. One of Jaxson's teammates mom's, works for Dr. Thomason here in town. She called him, and he met us at the office. I am so thankful for coaches that care, friends that help(thanks Andrea) and Dr's that make sacrifices to come in late for a patient that's not even their's. Jaxson still has some work that needs to be finished, but I'm amazed how good it looks.
