We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to have it all come to an end tonight.
We packed everything up and put it all away until next year.
We started the holiday at the Wasden Christmas party. We had good food, Santa came, and the kids participated in The Nativity. On Christmas Eve we had our traditional Christmas Eve candlelit dinner and then opened one present.... Christmas Pj's. We gave the kids a wake up time for Christmas morning and they were right on the money. They were a few minutes early and Justin told them to go back to bed for three minutes. Ha...like thatworked. We had fun opening presents and then spent the rest of the day playing the Wii and all the other fun toys. We headed north to Montana this year. We had at least a foot of snow on the ground and the roads were a bit scary for the drive. It was so good to see everyone. I cry everytime I pull out of the driveway and this year was no different. There's no place like home!! We came home to celebrate the New Year. This was the first year we let the kids stay up to watch the "ball" drop. I hope they realalize that it really wasn't that great of an event. With all the snow we had here we headed out to go sledding on New Years Day. Oh.. how it would be to have no fear like a kid. Lilly was all over the place. And Jaxson and Kinsley didn't want to leave. It was a great week and it all ends tomorrow. The kids are back to school and Justin was back to work today. We do have the Temple open house to look forward to on Friday. We love and miss you all and hope that your holiday was as great as ours.

Oh, my beautiful niece. I feel the same way when I even think of the Fish Fry we were invited to at your parents' home. It was hard for me to leave, especially because your Dad seemed so happy to have everyone there, and your Mom looked weary but so happy. They are both so dear to me and I love them so. Your kids are beautiful and well-behaved. I really think that Lilly is starting to look more like her other Grandma. I wish so much that we lived closer so that we could get together more often. Justin never changes. He's still just the same, sweet tolerant, well-mannered guy. He's so genuine. How did we luck out, huh? You're a kind mother who adores her children and you're always so helpful with everyone and everything. I love you, dear Missy. I loved the kids' Christmas picture. They are so precious.
Hugs to everyone...
Aunt Kathy
Amen, to my mom. :)
