I am so excited for my new toy!!! I spent a long time deciding if this was how I was going to spend all of my Christmas money. Cuisinart's are NOT cheap. Our local hardware store marked them down to 35% off, so of coarse I wanted the best deal. I waited for a month to see if they would mark it down again, but no such luck. In the mean time I had convinced myself that maybe I would get something that wasn't so much money. I have been wanting a food dehydrator also and they're about half the cost of the food processor. In the end the Cuisinart won out. Oh I can't wait for canning season.
